Dr. Kaleb Dahlgren is a nationally recognized Sports Specialist Chiropractic Resident who combines advanced clinical training with real-world athletic experience to deliver high-performance care for professionals and athletes at all levels. A former U-Sports hockey player living with Type 1 Diabetes and having overcome a severe traumatic brain injury, Kaleb brings a rare blend of personal insight and clinical expertise to every session.
He’s supported athletes from NHL camps and Paralympic teams to university varsity, AAA, Special Olympics, and grassroots levels—fostering recovery, resilience, longevity, and sustained success. Kaleb’s integrated approach blends evidence-based chiropractic care, spinal manipulation, functional movement strategies, neurofunctional acupuncture and rehabilitation, Active Release Techniques (ART), and Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), Complete Concussion Management (CCMI), cognitive behavioral therapy, and clinical neuroscience.
Kaleb holds a Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and is completing an MSc in Sport & Exercise Science & Medicine at the University of Glasgow, alongside a residency with the Royal College of Chiropractic Sports Sciences (Canada). Recognized with distinctions such as the RCCSS(C) Award of Excellence and Top 30 Changemakers Under 30; Kaleb is also the author of the #1 national bestselling memoir Crossroads and a sought-after Keynote Speaker on resilience, leadership, and health worldwide.

Dr. Jason Izraelski is a board certified Sports Specialist Chiropractor and leading authority on sports injury management, strength & conditioning, and long-term athletic development.
A lifelong learner, he has completed a Doctorate of Chiropractic, a Master’s of Science Degree focused on concussions, and long-term athletic development and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Chiropractic Sports Sciences (Canada).
Dr. Izraelski has worked with some of the best in the athletic world including professional hockey, football, baseball, and basketball players. Since 2010 he has served as the Team Doctor and Strength & Conditioning Coach for the North York Rangers Jr. A team.
